Learn How to Meditate: Personal Guidance, Corporate Training & Classes
Enlumnia provides personal one-on-one meditation training, corporate mindfulness experiences, training and certification, Our meditation trainers are certified in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction or MBSR. We can also incorporate sound healing, spiritual guidance and chakra evaluations as part of the learning sessions and classes. At the Enlumnia Energy Spa in Dallas, we created a wonderfully intimate meditation lounge where you learn how to meditate and begin your practice, alone, with a friend or as a couple, family meditation opportunities, and as a class of like-minded mindful seekers.
Meditation Class & Mindfulness Training
In this private mindful session, receive one-on-one meditation training, including a brief discussion of mindfulness meditation, a short breathing exercise to prepare you for meditation, a guided meditation, and then a beginning meditation practice that can be developed and used anywhere at anytime after training. Includes a follow up to check progress and invites to future meditation gathering. A personal training session is $135 and lasts 60 – 75 min.
Couples Guided Meditation & Sound Healing: Connecting Together
Enjoy magical guided chakra meditation with quartz crystal singing bowls and the soothing energies of reiki created especially for you and your partner to balance the 7 main chakras and to amplify your intention for healing and transformation. Session also includes a chakra reading for each of you. Our couples guided meditation experiences start at $275, last about 75 min, and can be customozed to fit your personal needs.
