Enlumnia provides Meditation Classes, Mindfulness Training, Meditation Practice, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction or MBSR at the Enlumnia Energy Spa in Dallas. We have a wonderfully intimate meditation lounge where you learn how to meditate and begin your practice.
Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us. Mindfulness is a quality that every human being already possesses, it’s not something you have to conjure up, you just have to learn how to access it. Through our guided journey through different ways and techniques for meditation, you’ll soon be on your way to being calmer and more present to yourself, your world and others.
Meditation is a mindfulness practice that helps us access an inner peace and relaxation by learning how to allow ourselves to calm the mind, decrease thought attachment, and release anxiety, stress, depression and energetic imbalances.
When we meditate it doesn’t help to fixate on the benefits, but rather to just do the practice, and yet there are benefits or no one would do it. When we’re mindful, we reduce stress, enhance performance, gain insight and awareness through observing our own mind, and increase our attention to others’ well-being. Mindfulness meditation gives us a time in our lives when we can suspend judgment and unleash our natural curiosity about the workings of the mind, approaching our experience with warmth and kindness to ourselves and others.
Meditation Class & Mindfulness Training
In this private mindful session, receive one-on-one meditation training, including a brief discussion of mindfulness meditation, a short breathing exercise to prepare you for meditation, a guided meditation, and then a beginning meditation practice that can be developed and used anywhere at anytime after training. Includes a follow up to check progress & invites to future meditation gathering.

Kevin Foresman: Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Trainer
Kevin Foresman is an energy healer, certified hypnotherapist, mindfulness meditation trainer, intuitive psychic, reconnective healing foundational practitioner, and an ordained non-denominational minister. Kevin is passionate about helping his clients self heal energetically by providing a unique combination of healing energy work and spiritual life coaching. His energy healing technique involves being a pure open conduit or channel for source energy to flow through and into the energetic field of his clients, allowing them to release emotional blocks, relieve physical pain, attain deep levels of relaxation, balance and align chakra energy centers, and access higher levels of universal wisdom and personal success. Lisa Foresman: Certified Mindfulness & Meditation Trainer
Lisa Foresman is an intuitive Reiki Master, massage therapist, continuing education provider for TX LMTs, and co-founder of Enlumnia. She has gained valuable experience in the massage, wellness and medical industry since 1998. Within this time she has gained an understanding and appreciation for both allopathic medicine and eastern mind and body healing practices. She believes that the healer is within each individual person and that the most important journey in this lifetime is the nurturing of one’s own body, mind and spirit. As a massage therapist and Reiki Master, she helps her clients know themselves better through the bodywork and energy work, providing the healing that they need. As co-owner of Enlumnia, it is her commitment to provide intuitive energy healing, exceptional bodywork, and excellent customer service.
